This week we affirmed that blessings flow to us easily and effortlessly.
I didn’t always believe those affirmations when I said them. I had to master my mindset.
For years I’ve known that I would share my story of trauma and perseverance. Throughout my life I’ve experienced, verbal abuse, manipulation and molestation. These experiences left me with a lot of trauma which created limiting beliefs.
As a result, I would settle in relationships with men that didn’t meet my standards, in my career by not asking for the compensation/title that I deserved and in my business by charging below what my services were worth. I didn’t see my worth and value because my beliefs were limited to the words that were spoken over me.
I began the work to demystify my limiting beliefs. Prior to this, I was saying affirmations, reading the bible/praying and working out, but I hadn’t renewed my mind. Limiting beliefs start in the mind as a thought and turn into behaviors (cycles) and these behaviors form our beliefs.
I’ve done the work and now I’m ready to help you do the same.
