- Thinly Sliced Grilled Chicken
- Garlic
- Lemon Pepper Seasoning
- Smoked Paprika
- Kinder’s Garlic and Herb Seasoning (Costco)
- Green Bell Pepper
- Uncle Ben’s Spanish Rice
- Frozen Broccoli
- Cilantro
- Cherry Tomatoes
- Olive Oil
- Defrost, wash and cut your chicken into strips or cubes.
- Pat your salmon dry.
- Season chicken with garlic, smoked paprika, lemon pepper and Kinder’s Garlic and Herb seasoning.
- Turn a pan on low/medium heat.
- Just before the pan reaches smoke point, add your chicken.
- When the chicken is almost ready add your green bell pepper. ( I prefer my peppers to have slight crunch).
- Remove the chicken from the pan to serve or set aside in meal prep containers.
- Next follow the instructions on the rice and broccoli packets to prepare your side items.
- Sprinkle a handful of cilantro on top and add two cherry tomatoes (cut into fourths).
