Ingredients
- Shrimp
- Linguine Pasta
- Red Bell Pepper
- Green Bell Pepper
- Onion
- Trader Joe’s General Tso’s Sauce
- Garlic
- Sea-salt
- Smoked Paprika
- Tony’s Creole Seasoning
- Parsley
- Olive Oil
Cooking Instructions
- Cook your pasta according to package instructions, rinse and set it aside
- Season your shrimp with garlic, smoked paprika and parsley
- Add a tablespoon of olive oil and the shrimp to a pan
- Sauté the shrimp until they’re fully pink and set them aside
- Cut your veggies
- Add a tablespoon of olive oil to a sauté pan on medium heat
- Add your veggies to the pan, season with garlic/sea-salt and begin to sauté your veggies. (Make sure your veggies still have a slight crunch and aren’t over cooked)
- After your veggies are done, drain your pan of any access oil and add in the shrimp and veggies.
- Add in the Trader Joe’s General Tso’s sauce, Tony’s Creole Seasoning and garlic powder
- Lastly, simmer on low heat for 10 minutes and your dish is ready to serve.
